- Strata and facility managers
- Councils and water authorities
- Commercial property owners
What to include
- Licence classes
- Plumbing, drainage, gas fitting or other classes held, with numbers.
- Types of work
- Commercial, hydraulic, drainage, maintenance, backflow. Be specific.
- Response times
- What you offer for maintenance and after-hours calls, if you do.
- Insurance
- Public liability and workers compensation with cover amounts.
- Project experience
- Two to four jobs showing scale and the clients you work for.
- Safety
- Your WHS system and any site inductions you hold.
Mistakes to avoid
- Only saying 'all plumbing work'
- Leaving out gas or drainage licences you do hold
- No named contact for urgent jobs
- Case studies with no location or client type
